The licensing division personnel review applications for the various license types to ensure each applicant is in compliance before final approval is granted. The division also processes renewals and brand registration.
Apply for or Renew License(s)
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control provide you the ability to apply for or renew licenses online. Paper applications and checks are no longer accepted by the department. Paper ABC applications and checks submitted to our office will be rejected.
Brand Registration
The department uses an online brand registration system known as Kentucky PRO (Product Registry Online). To register a new brand, to check on status of a submitted or pending brand registration, please use he ABC Online Portal.
