The licensing division personnel review applications for the various license types to ensure each applicant is in compliance before final approval is granted. The division also processes renewals and brand registration.
NOTE: The Department strongly recommends that all new applicants simultaneously file their applications with the state and local administrators.

The department uses an online brand registration system known as Kentucky PRO (Product Registry Online). To register a new brand, to check on status of a submitted or pending brand registration, go to the appropriate link below.
ABC applications and forms may be printed, filled out and submitted to ABC via mail or fax. Old ABC applications are no longer in use. Please use the new applications posted on this website. If you have printed and retained copies of old applications, be sure to disregard those and replace with all new versions. Old ABC applications submitted to our office will be rejected.
These forms are not fillable, they must be printed and filled out. In the future, the department plans to post forms that may be electronically completed via fillable fields for the convenience of our customers.
